This notice covers this website. It does not cover the Porchlight application that design partners use with their own communities; that is described in the pilot agreement we sign before handling real homeowner data.

What we collect

When you fill in the design-partner form we collect what you type: your name, work email, organization, role, number of communities, and any message. We also record the time you sent it.

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party fonts, and it sets no cookies. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to decide who to invite to the design-partner program. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Amazon Web Services hosts the website, stores form submissions, and delivers the notification email to us. Submissions are stored in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions until you ask us to delete them, or for up to 24 months, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. Use the form and write "Privacy request" in the message with the email address you used.

Children

This website is for business visitors and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date above.
